100% cotton, hand block-printed with azo-free, water-based pigment dyes. Organic and GOTS-certified cotton is available on request.

What can I make with it?

Dressmaking, quilting, curtains, cushions, table linens and other home projects.

Do I need to pre-wash it?

Yes — wash cold and separately before cutting, as natural cotton may shrink slightly and a little excess colour can rinse out on the first wash.

Can I order custom colours or large quantities?

Yes — we print to order with custom colours at no extra charge, and offer wholesale and CMT. Share your requirements and we’ll make it to order.

How quickly does it ship?

Description

A teal-turquoise ground covered in trailing coral-pink carnations and slim olive-green vines, hand block-printed on soft 100% cotton. Look closely and you can see where the wooden block lifted slightly between repeats — those tiny breaks in the outline are the fingerprint of a hand-printed run rather than a machine roll. The cotton has a light, breathable hand with a soft drape, washes well, and softens further with use. We print this in our small workshop using azo-free pigment dyes, in short runs of a few yards at a time. At 44 inches wide, it's a friendly width for a breezy summer dress, a tiered skirt, lampshades, or a pair of bedroom curtains.
