Dispatch & delivery

In-stock items usually dispatch within a few business days. Cut-to-length fabric and made-to-order garments take a little longer, as they are made specially for you. Tracking follows by email as soon as your order ships.

Within India: typically a few business days after dispatch.
International: typically 1–2 weeks after dispatch, plus customs clearance.

Duties & taxes

International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in your total and are payable by the recipient on delivery.

Packaging

Fabric is folded or rolled to minimise creasing and sent in plastic-free, recycled packaging.

Returns & exchanges

Because every piece is hand-printed, small variations in colour, registration and weave are characteristics of the craft, not defects. If something isn't right, contact us with your order number and we will make it right. Cut-to-length fabric and made-to-order items generally can't be returned.
