These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Yashodhara Textiles website and your purchase of our products. We are a hand block-printing studio based in Jaipur, India. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Using our website
You may use our website for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes, and to place genuine orders. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access areas you are not authorised to use. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
Products & hand-made variation
Everything we sell is hand block-printed on natural cotton. Because the colour is applied by hand, slight variation in colour, registration, density and weave is natural and is part of the character of a handmade textile — it is not a defect. We try to show colours and prints as accurately as possible, but screens vary, so the item you receive may differ slightly from the images.
Orders & acceptance
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, there is a pricing or description error, or we are unable to authorise payment. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown on the product pages and may change at any time before you order. Payment is taken securely through our payment providers, Razorpay and Stripe. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country, which are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping & returns
We ship worldwide from our Jaipur studio. Dispatch and delivery times, duties, and our approach to returns and exchanges are set out on our Shipping, Delivery & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms. Please note that cut-to-length fabric and made-to-order pieces are prepared specially for you and may not be eligible for return.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including our designs, prints, text, photographs, logos and branding — belongs to Yashodhara Textiles or our partners and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Limitation of liability
We provide our website and products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order. Please check back for the latest version.
