Description
A soft ivory cotton scattered with small golden-tan fern fronds, hand block-printed one stamp at a time in our small workshop. The fronds sit in neat rows but each one carries the slight wobble of a wood block pressed by hand, so the repeat feels alive rather than mechanical. The cotton itself has a light, breathable hand — closer to a smooth poplin than a heavy canvas — which means it gathers cleanly and lets light through curtain panels. We see this one as the fabric behind a tiered cotton sundress, a soft Roman blind in a sunlit kitchen, or quilt blocks for something heirloom-ish. Coloured with azo-free pigment dyes, made by our printing team in small batches.
