100% cotton, hand block-printed with azo-free, water-based pigment dyes. Organic and GOTS-certified cotton is available on request.

What can I make with it?

Dressmaking, quilting, curtains, cushions, table linens and other home projects.

Do I need to pre-wash it?

Yes — wash cold and separately before cutting, as natural cotton may shrink slightly and a little excess colour can rinse out on the first wash.

Can I order custom colours or large quantities?

Yes — we print to order with custom colours at no extra charge, and offer wholesale and CMT. Share your requirements and we’ll make it to order.

How quickly does it ship?

Description

A warm burnt orange ground carries trailing vines of mustard marigolds, each bloom outlined in deep olive and inky charcoal. The cotton has a soft, lived-in hand — light enough to gather into a tiered skirt, sturdy enough to hold its shape as a curtain panel. It is hand block-printed in our small workshop using azo-free pigment dyes, so the colour sits a touch unevenly in places where the block was re-inked — the kind of variation that tells you a human hand was at the table. Width runs 44 inches, sold by the yard in continuous cuts. Reach for it when you want a piece with a bit of autumn warmth — a quilted jacket lining, a tablecloth for a long lunch, a wrap dress for a market morning.
