Because every piece is hand block-printed, small variations in colour, registration and weave are characteristics of the craft, not defects. If something isn't right with your order, contact us with your order number and we'll make it right.
What generally can't be returned
Cut-to-length fabric and made-to-order items are produced specially for you, so they generally can't be returned. If there's a genuine issue — a fault, damage in transit, or the wrong item — please get in touch and we'll sort it out.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect
Email us at textileyashodhara@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.
